If the video is delayed, pixelated, or frequently disconnects, reduce the stream resolution or frame rate and move the camera closer to the router. Higher-quality video generally requires more network capacity and can use more mobile data when your phone is not connected to Wi-Fi. Keep the System Secure
Change any default camera password, keep the camera’s software and phone app updated, and remove access for accounts or devices you no longer use.
